Terms and Conditions

By using the website and services of Inicios Event Management and Operations Company (“Inicios”), you agree to these terms.

1) Definitions

“Website”: www.inicios.sa or any domain we specify.
“Customer/You”: Any person or entity that uses the site or submits a bid.
“Services”: Managing and operating events and related activities as described on our pages and in our offers.

2) Accepting and updating the terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms and conditions. We may update them from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updates.

3) Scope of the site and accuracy of the information

The website provides general information and application forms. Its materials do not constitute a binding offer, but rather an invitation to contract. Obligations and prices are determined exclusively in signed offers/contracts.

4) Accounts and Communication

We may provide gateways/forms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data and for maintaining the confidentiality of any accounts or access tokens.

5) Requests for proposals and contracts

  • Submitting a survey/RFP does not create a commitment on Innessius.

  • The agreement becomes binding only after a signed offer/contract that specifies the scope, schedule, cost, and payment terms.

  • Any subsequent changes are documented in a Change Order.

6) Prices and Payment

  • Prices are specified in the offers/contracts, inclusive or excluding taxes/fees as agreed.

  • Payment schedules are typically in installments. Delays may halt execution or incur late fees as per the contract.

7) Mutual obligations

  • Inesius: Providing agreed services in accordance with reasonable professional standards and compliance with regulations.

  • Client: Providing timely information, approvals and inputs, securing access to sites, and fulfilling payments on schedule.

8) Licensing, Compliance and Safety

We collaborate with the client to obtain the necessary licenses and comply with HSE and crowd management requirements in accordance with local laws.

9) Suppliers and third parties

Inesius may use suitable suppliers/subcontractors under its supervision and contractual responsibility.

10) Intellectual Property

  • The rights to the trademarks, logos, and materials belonging to Ennisius remain its own.

  • Any materials supplied to us by the client remain his/her property, and he/she grants us a license to use them for the purposes of implementing the project.

  • The intellectual property rights for the outputs are defined in the contract (exclusivity/license to use/terms/restrictions).

11) Confidentiality

Both parties undertake to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information exchanged during and/or because of the project, and not to disclose it except to the extent necessary for implementation or pursuant to a regulatory requirement.

12) Use of the site and prohibited behavior

Misuse of the site, posting illegal/abusive content, or attempting to hack/disrupt services is prohibited.

13) External links and content

This website may contain external links. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

14) Disclaimer

The website is provided “as is.” We make no express or implied warranties of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Any warranties specific to the services are defined in the signed contracts.

15) Determining responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Innessius is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or reliance on its content. In service contracts, the limitations of liability set forth in the contract apply.

16) Compensation

You agree to indemnify Innessius and its representatives against any claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the site.

17) Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for delays/failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), while seeking to mitigate the impact.

18) Anti-bribery and compliance

Both parties are committed to complying with applicable laws and regulations related to combating bribery, fraud and conflict of interest.

19) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Jurisdiction lies with the courts/competent authorities in Riyadh, unless an alternative mechanism (such as arbitration) is agreed upon in writing.
